I haven’t shared a recipe in a while, and just came across this one and remembered how delicious it is. Anyway, this is another recipe that I’m dubbing a “5-minute meal,” because it gets seasoned and put in the slow cooker, and preparation is really quick and easy. It’s the perfect meal on a night when you know you’ll be strapped for time. It’s also healthy, delicious, and budget-friendly.
