It’s happened again. Colored jeans seems to go in and out every few seasons, and it looks like they are “in” once again. I’ve always had a hard time jumping on the bandwagon, because all I can think about are the awful dark green ones I had in elementary school that I wore with a hideous floral child-size onesie… (remember when those stretchy bodysuits were in style? The ones that snapped at the crotch? Why did anyone think it was ok to wear a onesie passed the age of toddlerhood? But I digress…)

What I Wore Wednesday: Elephants
Free printable Winnie the Pooh quote
A while back, my girlfriend found this adorable quote from Winnie the Pooh and asked me to turn it into some artwork for her. She’s very patient, because it took a while before I had time to get to it, but I finally did it and decided to make it available for you all!
Chicken orzo soup recipe
I am a HUGE fan of chicken soup, but it seems more appropriate to eat during the cold days of winter than in the heat of summer. This is unfortunate since soup is usually a fast, one-pot meal that doesn’t take too much preparation – perfect for busy summer days.
Felt Food Patterns (Link Love)
A few months ago, my girlfriend gave me her son’s play kitchen since he had outgrown it. What I Wore Wednesday

It’s time for another edition of What I Wore Wednesday! To join in the fun, or to see what everybody else is wearing, head on over to The Pleated Poppy!
Need a pen? Get 40 free pens at Target!
I just got back from Target and got all these pens for $1. Do I need 40 pens and 4 sharpies? Probably not; well not today, at least. But someday I’ll use them all up, I’m sure. Plus, with the Mr.
Crafty weekend recap & favorites
This was such a busy weekend… I’m still tired. Between having a family BBQ, going to mom’s group, running to the grocery store, baking, having a picnic in the park, watching a movie, going to church, and having another family dinner, I managed to do some sewing. How, you ask? I have no idea. But somewhere in the midst of all that, I managed it. I’ll be posting tutorials for all of these little projects in the future, but I was too excited to hold it in, so here’s a little preview of what I made.
If I were ever to get married again…
…(to the same man, of course – love you, honey!) I would totally wear this dress.
