Still stumped on what to get dad for Father’s Day? You would think it would be easy, but sometimes coming up with the perfect gift for a man can drive me nuts. I always want to come up with something special, and I usually overthink it; which then leads to procrastination… which is why I have yet to get anything for my husband for Father’s Day. Oops.
So I gathered up some ideas for items that I know he would like. I’m pretty sure that he would be thrilled with any of these picks, so I’m not sure why I make it so hard on myself.
If you read The Mombot regularly, you know I am a sucker for DIY gifts (both for sentiment and for budget), but sometimes our men deserve to be spoiled! So this time I’m putting together a list of gifts that will actually cost you money – imagine that! Ha ha.
These are some of my favorite ideas for Father’s Day gifts; I bet your man (or dad) would love any number of them.
1. Wooden six-pack carrier, $45 at Urban Outfitters
If your man likes beer, he might just like this pretty awesome wooden six-pack carrier (I personally would love to display it, but that’s just me).
2. Maranda Enterprises Double Ladderball Game, $28.50 on Amazon
With summer coming up, what man doesn’t love to BBQ and spend time outdoors? This is the perfect summer game for adults and kids.
3. iPhone Wallet Card Case, $33.98 on Amazon
I know that both my husband and my dad hate bulky wallets (since I’ve had to search for super skinny ones for previous gifts), so I thought this iPhone case/wallet was perfect for both of them! It has really good reviews from users and seems extremely practical.
4. Guitar Pick Punch, $30.00 at Urban Outfitters
If your man loves his guitar, this might be the perfect gift. My husband is always losing his picks; this gift ensure that he can make one whenever he needs (as long as he doesn’t punch out our current credit cards…)
5. Altaz Wireless Speaker – Set Of 2, $100.00 at Urban Outfitters
Every man deserves a good set of speakers. I love these retro wireless speakers that sync with your iPhone or iPod and can be placed anywhere.
6. Vintage Mens Navy Square End Knit Necktie, $17.95 on Amazon
I happen to think traditional Father’s Day gifts are the best, and you can never go wrong with a tie. I personally love a skinny tie, and the vintage square end knit tie is my fave.
