Things have been ridiculously busy for us over the last week or so. My mother and father-in-law were here for a full week for the Thanksgiving holiday, so I was busy prepping for their stay and then enjoying our time with them. We managed to squeeze a WHOLE lot into one little week, including a trip to the Denver Zoo, a Christmas Lighting at Pearl Street in Boulder, an overnight getaway for myself and the Mr. in Vail, CO to celebrate 7 happy years of marriage, Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping. Phew. I’m still exhausted.
The blog has unfortunately been last to-do list. Between entertaining and trying to keep up with Etsy orders (Christmas card orders are in full swing and it’s my busiest time of the year!), there’s been little time left. And while I’ve missed blogging, it was nice to step away from the computer for a bit and just live and enjoy life!
