It’s been a while since I participated in “What I Wore Wednesday.” Somehow I find it really difficult to find the time to take photos of what I’m wearing. I’m usually rushing out the door, running after my little crawler who’s no doubt eating the magazines again, or cooking something in the kitchen. Finding the time to set up the tripod (or pull my husband away from his work) is just one more thing to do… but I do try and snap some when I can!
I thought it would be fun to feature this outfit since I put this dress on my “6 Valentine’s Day dresses under $30” list a couple of weeks ago. It’s always nice to see how something actually looks on a real live person; especially because this particular dress is from Target and they rarely snap photos of their clothing on people (Why is that? I bet they would sell more online if they showed you how it actually looked on a body).
This dress was only $24.99, and can be styled several ways. It was 80 degrees this weekend when we went out to dinner, so I just threw on some red flats, a black patent leather belt, and grabbed my favorite oversized clutch. But in colder weather, I’ve also worn it with tights and a black cardigan.
I love affordable fashion, don’t you?
